Rotorua is a city on the southern shores of Lake Rotorua from which the city takes its name, located in the Bay of Plenty Region of New Zealand’s North Island. It is in the heart of the North Island, 60 kilometres south of Tauranga, 80 km north of Taupo, 105 km east of Hamilton, and 230 km southeast of the nation’s most populous city, Auckland.

Taupo is a town on the shore of Lake Taupo, which occupies the caldera of the Taupo Volcano in the centre of the North Island of New Zealand.

Surrounding Taupō, you’ll find New Zealand’s most visited attraction, the magnificent Huka Falls. Lake Taupo is a perfect spot for water-skiing, sailing and kayaking. The forests surrounding the lake offer hiking and mountain biking to suit all levels of experience.

Wellington is located at the south-western tip of the North Island and is the major population centre of the southern North Island. It is also the administrative centre of the Wellington Region. It is situated between steep hills and the sea. Rugged mountains, bushwalks and coastlines attract tourists every year. Wellington and Surrounds are filled with stunning art, culinary experiences, wildlife and trails.
