1. Enquiry
Your first step is to tell us more about yourself, we love to listen. With a wide background in psychology and management, we know which questions to ask. We’ll quickly gain a clear understanding of what you want to achieve.

2. Consultation
We’ll reflect on what outcomes would benefit you most, and come up with some ways to achieve them. These solutions are often best discussed in person or over the phone, to ensure we have a complete understanding.
If you’re interested in one of the “off-the-shelf” programs we have listed, then you’ll already know the price and what’s included. If we are designing a custom program or workshop, we will send you a quote.
Payments are easy. Our terms and conditions are reasonable.

3. Delivery
Upon payment, we can secure the availability of our staff (Dad can be popular!), our resources, and of course the date you have in mind. You are welcome to request changes; we’ll do our best to accommodate, often at no extra cost.
From here you can relax, we’ll take care of the rest.
Most of our time goes into the planning stages, where we establish the best flow of action, how to create the right ‘flavour’ and how best to utilise environmental settings. It’s the little details that make the difference, and these require preparation and thought.
Delivering our programs is when we shine. It’s what we enjoy doing most, you’ll see, our exuberance will no doubt rub off on you. Unexpected circumstances may arise, but we can promise you that we’ll do our best at all times.
Afterwards, we’ll send through follow up materials (usually professional images in high res) to you as soon as possible.
